The Goa Cricket Association on Friday released the names of its full Ranji Trophy squad. Arjun Tendulkar, who has been playing for Goa since the 2022-23 season, was not picked in the squad. Arjun, the son of cricket great Sachin Tendulkar, recently completed 50 wickets in first-class cricket for Goa. Recently, the 27-year-old also missed Goa’s tour of Oman. However, a report had claimed that Arjun had decided to stay on with Goa.
However, Arjun’s name was missing from the squad list. Arjun Tendulkar last played for Goa in the 2025-26 Ranji Trophy against Kerala at Porvorim. He also featured in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
“Goa Cricket Association has announced its squad for the upcoming Ranji Trophy campaign, with Abhinav Tejrana appointed captain of the 16-member team.
