Asian Games 2026 Day 15 LIVE updates: India started off the day on a very strong note as Kumkum Mahod created history, by becoming the first Indian women’s recurve archer to win a gold medal. Pranavi Urs then scripted another ladmark moment, when she became the first woman golfer to win a gold medal in the Games. India’s medal tally rises to 80, with 18 golds. India have a shot at two more golds in wrestling. The Indian men’s cricket team face Pakistan, and the Indian men’s hockey team face Malaysia as both teams eye gold medals.

Manisha started off her campaign on a positive note, as she defeated Kwon Youngjin of South Korea to win her 57kg Round of 16 match by a margin of 8-0. In the quarter-final she will be up against favourite Akari Fujinami.
