The 31st Edition of the highly awaited Women’s National Cricket League is commencing on the 29th of September with New South Wales Women taking on Queensland Fire Women in the 1st Match at the Cricket Central, Sydney.
The Final Match of the tournament will take place on the 20th of March, 2027.
The tournament will be played in a 50 overs format.
The Australian Women cricket stars will take part in the opening round of the tournament before getting busy in December for the Second Round and further.
There are 7 teams taking part in the Women’s National Cricket League 2026. They are:

2. Queensland Fire Women
3. Victoria Women
4. South Australia Women
5. Western Australia Women
6. Tasmania Tigers Women
7. ACT Meteors Women
The tournament will run on for 6 months. The teams will play against each other twice in a double round robin format. A total of 42 league games will be played during the tournament. After the league stages, the top 2 teams will qualify for the Finals, which will take place on the 20th of March, 2027.
