Asian Games 2026 men’s cricket

The men’s cricket tournament at the Asian Games 2026 runs from September 24 to October 3 and features 10 teams.

Afghanistan, Japan and Nepal have been placed in Group A, while Hong Kong China, Malaysia and Oman comprise Group B.

The top two teams from each group after the round-robin matches will progress to the quarter-finals, where they will be joined by four seeded teams – India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

India will begin their campaign against the Group A runners-up in the quarter-finals on September 28. Pakistan will face the Group B runners-up earlier the same day.

Sri Lanka will meet the Group A winners on September 29, while Bangladesh will play the Group B winners in the final quarter-final.

The Asian Games 2026 men’s cricket semi-finals are scheduled for October 1, with the bronze medal match and final slated for October 3.
