Air India Express is offering students special fares to make travel between semesters, internships and home more accessible. The offer includes a flat 10 percent discount on base fares, an additional 10 kg check-in baggage allowance and a Rs 99 date-change facility.
The offer is available until October 20, 2026, through Air India Express’ booking channels. With the additional baggage allowance, eligible students can carry up to 25 kg of check-in baggage, compared with the standard 15 kg allowance.
Students who book directly through the Air India Express website or mobile app can avail of the Rs 99 date-change facility, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The airline is also offering an additional 5 per cent discount on eligible domestic and international bookings made directly through its website or app. Customers can use the VIBES promo code to avail the discount.
WHO CAN AVAIL THE STUDENT OFFER?
To avail of the student offer, students must be 12 years or older and carry a valid student photo ID issued by a recognised educational institution. The document should include their name and date of birth and may need to be presented during check-in.
Students can book the offer through the Air India Express website or mobile app. They should carry their valid student ID while travelling, as it may be required for verification during check-in.
The student fare is available on eligible domestic bookings and includes the 25 kg check-in baggage allowance.

Air India Express is also offering a separate discount to customers booking domestic and international flights using eligible Visa debit or credit cards. Under the offer, customers can get up to Rs 600 off by using the promo code available on the official website. The offer is valid until October 9, 2026, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
